By joining, viewing, posting in, or otherwise using the Clarity Discord server, you agree to follow these community rules in addition to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. These rules apply to public channels, threads, voice channels, tickets, server events, usernames, profiles, and direct messages when the conduct is connected to the Clarity community.
1. Scope, intent, and common sense
These rules are designed to keep the Clarity community usable, safe, and welcoming. They are not a list of loopholes. If conduct clearly harms the community, creates unnecessary risk, disrupts the server, or targets another person, staff may act even if the exact behavior is not listed word-for-word below.
Context matters. Staff may consider intent, severity, repetition, history, impact, whether warnings were ignored, and whether a user attempted to hide or continue the behavior after being told to stop. Jokes, sarcasm, "it was bait," or "my friend told me to do it" do not automatically excuse rule violations.
Rules apply across the entire server and to server-related conduct outside the server when there is a clear connection to Clarity, such as scamming members through DMs after finding them here, impersonating Clarity staff elsewhere, leaking ticket content, or coordinating harassment against community members.
2. Respectful conduct
Treat other members like actual people. Normal disagreement, criticism, joking, and competitive banter are allowed, but repeated hostility, personal attacks, humiliation, or deliberately trying to ruin another member's experience is not.
Do not start or continue arguments solely to provoke reactions. If a discussion becomes heated, move on when asked. Do not follow users across channels to continue a dispute, dogpile someone, repeatedly mention them after they ask you to stop, or encourage others to target them.
Constructive criticism of Clarity, updates, staff decisions, or supported products is allowed. Keep it specific and civil. Criticism is not a free pass for insults, spam, threats, fabricated claims, or harassment.
3. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and targeted abuse
Harassment is prohibited. This includes repeated insults, unwanted targeting, stalking behavior, coordinated dogpiling, sexual harassment, threatening messages, intimidation, blackmail, extortion, or attempts to frighten another person into giving you money, access, information, or silence.
Hateful content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic is not allowed. Slurs used to attack or degrade people are prohibited, including attempts to bypass filters with alternate spelling, symbols, images, audio, or coded references.
Do not make credible threats of violence, threaten to expose private information, encourage harm against a person or group, or celebrate serious real-world harm. Staff may immediately remove content and escalate serious threats to Discord or other appropriate channels where necessary.
4. NSFW, sexual, graphic, and disturbing content
Keep the server safe for a general audience. Pornography, explicit sexual content, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexually explicit roleplay, graphic sexual descriptions, and links to adult-content sites are prohibited.
Any sexual content involving or depicting minors is strictly prohibited. Do not post, request, joke about obtaining, trade, describe, or link to such material. Staff will take immediate action on this type of content.
Graphic gore, real-world death footage, severe injury imagery, cruelty content, shock media, or material posted mainly to disgust or traumatize others is also prohibited. Mild non-graphic discussion of news, games, or media is generally fine when relevant and appropriately placed.
5. Spam, flooding, disruption, and abuse of server features
Do not spam messages, emojis, reactions, stickers, images, commands, soundboards, attachments, copypastas, mentions, or repeated characters. Do not intentionally flood channels, create unreadable walls of text, or repeatedly repost deleted content.
Mass-pinging members or roles without a valid reason is prohibited. Do not abuse @everyone, @here, staff roles, support roles, or repeated user mentions. Do not ping staff just to get faster attention when a normal support channel or ticket is available.
Do not deliberately abuse bots, automations, ticket systems, forms, reaction roles, giveaways, verification systems, or other server features in a way that disrupts their intended use. This includes repeatedly opening fake tickets, command flooding, intentionally generating errors, or attempting to bypass cooldowns and limits.
6. Advertising, self-promotion, recruitment, and unsolicited DMs
Do not advertise unrelated Discord servers, communities, products, social accounts, paid services, referral links, reselling services, competing hubs, or other promotions unless a channel explicitly allows it or staff has approved it.
Do not join primarily to recruit members into another server or product. Sending unsolicited promotional DMs to Clarity members is considered advertising when the connection came from this server, even if the message was sent privately.
Reasonable sharing of your own work may be allowed in channels created for that purpose. Do not disguise advertisements as support answers, fake recommendations, "reviews," giveaways, or normal conversation.
7. Scams, phishing, malicious links, and malware
Scamming is prohibited. Do not deceive users about what they are buying, receiving, downloading, or authorizing. Do not run fake giveaways, fake staff verification, fake middleman services, fake support accounts, payment scams, refund scams, or account-recovery scams.
Phishing and credential theft are prohibited. Never ask users for passwords, authentication codes, session cookies, Discord tokens, browser tokens, recovery codes, private keys, payment credentials, or other secrets. Staff should never need these to provide ordinary support.
Do not distribute malware, token grabbers, credential stealers, RATs, ransomware, destructive scripts, malicious executables, fake installers, intentionally backdoored code, or links designed to compromise another person's account or device. URL shorteners or file hosts may be removed when staff cannot reasonably verify what they contain.
If you discover a suspicious file, link, or account, report it privately to staff instead of reposting it publicly "for awareness." Reposting harmful material can spread the risk.
8. Privacy, doxxing, leaks, and personal information
Do not expose, request, buy, sell, trade, threaten to release, or encourage others to find another person's private information. This includes home addresses, precise location, private phone numbers, private email addresses, school information, private family information, government identifiers, financial details, private account credentials, or non-public identifying records.
Do not post private conversations, ticket logs, staff notes, personal photos, or private screenshots for the purpose of humiliating, threatening, or exposing someone. Evidence may be submitted privately to staff when it is genuinely needed for a report.
Information being technically discoverable somewhere online does not automatically make it appropriate to post here. If the purpose is intimidation, targeting, or unwanted exposure, staff may treat it as a privacy violation.
9. Impersonation, fake authority, and deceptive identity
Do not impersonate Clarity owners, developers, moderators, support staff, partners, bots, or other members. This includes copying names, avatars, role-like labels, profile branding, or message formatting in a way that is likely to mislead people.
Do not claim to be an official Clarity representative, reseller, developer, support agent, or partner unless staff has actually given you that status. Do not create fake announcements, fake screenshots, fake moderation messages, fake payment confirmations, or fake staff DMs.
Parody that is clearly recognizable as parody may be allowed, but if people could reasonably mistake it for a real staff account or official communication, change it when asked.
10. Usernames, display names, avatars, banners, bios, and statuses
Your server profile must follow these rules too. Do not use names, avatars, banners, bios, custom statuses, or linked-account text containing slurs, explicit sexual content, graphic gore, scam links, malicious links, impersonation, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
Do not use a name deliberately designed to make moderation difficult, such as invisible names, confusing copies of another member, or names that abuse Unicode to imitate staff. Staff may ask you to change a profile element that causes confusion or breaks server rules.
11. Channel, thread, media, and topic rules
Use channels for their intended purpose. Keep support questions in support areas, bug reports where requested, suggestions in suggestion channels, and general conversation in general channels. Repeatedly posting the same issue across multiple channels may be treated as spam.
Read channel topics, pinned messages, forum guidelines, bot prompts, and staff notices before posting. Channel-specific instructions are part of these rules. A channel may have stricter requirements than the server-wide rules.
Do not deliberately derail serious support threads, reports, announcements, or active staff investigations. Memes and off-topic conversation should stay in places where they are allowed.
When posting code, logs, screenshots, or error messages, remove secrets first. Never post API keys, Discord tokens, session cookies, private webhooks, passwords, or other credentials in a public channel.
12. Voice channels, streaming, soundboards, and screen sharing
Do not scream into the microphone, blast loud audio, intentionally create feedback, repeatedly interrupt others, or use soundboards in a disruptive way. Keep music and audio at a reasonable level and stop when asked by staff or the people in the channel.
All content shown through camera, screen share, embedded media, or streaming must follow the same rules as text channels. Do not stream pornography, graphic content, private information, malicious software, scam pages, or content intended to harass another person.
Do not secretly record or redistribute private voice conversations where doing so would violate law, Discord policy, or a reasonable expectation of privacy. If recording is necessary for a report, use the least intrusive evidence available and submit it privately.
13. Support, tickets, bug reports, and contacting staff
When requesting help, explain the issue clearly and provide relevant non-sensitive information such as the game, feature, error message, platform, and steps that led to the problem. Do not flood staff with repeated pings because a response is not immediate.
One issue should generally stay in one ticket or support thread. Do not create multiple tickets for the same problem, reopen closed tickets to argue, or ask several staff members privately for a different answer after receiving a decision.
Never send staff your password, Discord token, session cookie, two-factor authentication code, recovery code, payment-card number, or other secret. If someone claiming to be Clarity staff asks for this information, stop and report the account through an official channel.
Support tickets are not a place for threats, harassment, chargeback intimidation, or abusive language. Being frustrated does not remove the requirement to communicate respectfully.
14. Clarity scripts, executors, exploits, technical discussion, and security boundaries
Discussion of Clarity-supported games, scripts, compatibility, executors, updates, bugs, and normal troubleshooting is allowed in the channels intended for it. Keep technical discussion relevant to Clarity and follow channel-specific requirements.
Do not use Clarity channels to distribute malware, credential theft tools, destructive payloads, account stealers, token grabbers, or material intended to compromise another person's device or account. Do not request or provide stolen accounts, stolen credentials, private databases, leaked authentication material, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
Do not claim that an unverified file, executor, script, mirror, or build is "official" Clarity content. Staff may remove unverified downloads or require proof of source to protect members from malicious copies.
Security issues affecting Clarity itself should be reported privately. Do not publicly publish active secrets, private endpoints, authentication material, exploit chains against Clarity infrastructure, or instructions that would let others abuse a known vulnerability before staff has had a reasonable chance to address it.
Clarity discussion does not override the rules of Discord or applicable law. Technical curiosity is not permission to steal data, compromise accounts, attack services, or harm other users.
15. Keys, paid access, trading, reselling, giveaways, and transactions
Do not sell, trade, share, duplicate, or redistribute Clarity keys, paid access, licenses, accounts, or benefits unless Clarity explicitly allows it. Access provided to you may be personal, limited, revocable, or subject to separate product terms.
Do not conduct unofficial sales in the server, act as an unauthorized reseller, or collect payments while pretending to represent Clarity. Staff may remove offers that create a scam or support risk.
Where Clarity offers paid products or premium access, purchase, refund, renewal, and cancellation questions should go through the official checkout or support process. Do not post payment details publicly.
Giveaways must be honest about what is being offered and must comply with Discord rules and any channel-specific requirements. Fake giveaways, forced invites, misleading winner selection, or giveaways designed mainly to harvest accounts or personal information are prohibited.
16. Staff instructions, moderation discussions, and abuse of staff
Follow reasonable instructions from authorized staff when they are moderating the server. This may include moving a conversation, changing an inappropriate profile, stopping spam, ending an argument, using the correct support channel, or removing prohibited content.
Do not harass moderators because of a warning, timeout, deletion, ticket decision, or ban. You may disagree and appeal through the proper process, but repeated arguments across channels, targeting individual staff members, or encouraging others to attack them may lead to further action.
Staff members are also expected to follow community standards. If you believe a staff member acted improperly, document the issue and report it privately to a higher-level administrator or the designated appeal/report channel instead of starting a public mob.
Do not attempt to bribe staff, pressure staff for special treatment, threaten staff with raids or chargebacks, or use personal relationships to bypass normal moderation.
17. Alternate accounts, ban evasion, and punishment evasion
Do not use alternate accounts to bypass a ban, timeout, mute, verification restriction, ticket restriction, blacklist, or other moderation action. Do not lend an account to someone so they can evade a punishment.
Do not leave and rejoin, rename accounts, rotate profiles, or use another person's account for the purpose of continuing behavior staff has already told you to stop. Evasion may result in longer or permanent restrictions on all connected accounts.
Having more than one account is not automatically a violation. The issue is using alternate accounts deceptively, to manipulate systems, evade moderation, farm benefits, create fake support evidence, or mislead the community.
18. Reporting violations, evidence, and false reports
Use the designated report, ticket, or staff-contact process. Include enough context for staff to understand what happened: message links, usernames or user IDs when available, approximate time, screenshots when useful, and a short explanation.
Do not edit screenshots to misrepresent what happened, crop out critical context on purpose, fabricate DMs, stage fake conversations, impersonate users to create "evidence," or pressure witnesses to lie. Intentionally falsifying evidence is a serious violation.
Do not file reports as a weapon in personal arguments. Good-faith reports are welcome even if staff ultimately decides no rule was broken. Repeated knowingly false reports, report spam, or coordinated mass-reporting intended to get someone punished may itself lead to moderation.
Keep report evidence private when it contains personal information, security details, or sensitive conversations. Public "callout" posts often create more harassment and can interfere with a proper review.
19. Enforcement, warnings, timeouts, kicks, bans, and other actions
Moderation is based on the seriousness and context of the behavior. Staff may use reminders, message deletion, verbal warnings, formal warnings, temporary channel restrictions, role removal, timeouts, ticket restrictions, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other reasonable measures.
Not every case follows the same escalation path. Severe violations such as scams, phishing, malware, doxxing, credible threats, serious hate speech, explicit sexual content involving minors, or deliberate ban evasion may result in immediate removal without prior warnings.
Repeated smaller violations can also lead to stronger action. A history of ignoring warnings, returning to the same behavior, or trying to exploit technical loopholes may be treated more seriously than a one-time mistake.
Minor first-time issue: removal or reminder. Repeated or disruptive issue: warning or timeout. Serious or intentional abuse: kick or temporary ban. Severe, dangerous, fraudulent, or repeated abuse: permanent ban and, where appropriate, reporting to Discord or relevant service providers.
Staff may preserve relevant moderation records, message links, ticket logs, user IDs, timestamps, or security information when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, handle appeals, protect the community, or enforce Clarity's Terms and Privacy Policy.
20. Appeals and review of moderation actions
If an appeal method is available, use it instead of contacting multiple staff members. Explain what action you are appealing, why you believe it should be changed, and any relevant context. Be truthful and concise.
An appeal is a request for review, not a guarantee that the punishment will be removed. Staff may uphold, shorten, modify, or remove an action after reviewing the available evidence and account history.
Do not submit repeated appeals after a final decision unless new evidence exists or staff specifically invites another review. Harassing staff, sending friends to pressure moderators, or using alternate accounts to appeal may reduce the chance of further review.
21. Discord Terms, Community Guidelines, and illegal activity
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while participating in Clarity. If Discord prohibits something, it is prohibited here even when this page does not repeat it.
Do not use the server to plan, promote, coordinate, buy, sell, or facilitate illegal activity. Do not use Clarity community spaces to distribute stolen property, stolen accounts, stolen payment information, unauthorized personal data, malware, or other clearly unlawful material.
Clarity staff may remove content or users when necessary to comply with Discord requirements, hosting rules, service-provider requirements, legal obligations, or credible safety concerns.
22. Staff discretion, loopholes, and rule updates
No rules page can describe every possible form of abuse. Staff may act on behavior that clearly undermines the purpose of these rules even if a specific example is not listed. This discretion should be used to protect the community, not to punish ordinary good-faith participation.
Trying to exploit wording, technicalities, missing examples, alternate spellings, external DMs, or "it happened outside the server" arguments to continue clearly prohibited behavior may be treated as intentional evasion.
These rules may be updated as the server, Clarity services, Discord policies, or community needs change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Major changes may also be announced in the Discord server.
If a channel-specific rule conflicts with this page, the stricter safety or moderation requirement generally applies unless an authorized administrator clearly states otherwise. Clarity's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy remain separate and also continue to apply where relevant.
